Return conditions

Orders placed from October 14, 2026 through January 10, 2027 qualify for holiday returns and exchanges until January 10, 2027. Our usual item conditions, exclusions and return fees apply. For holiday returns after 30 days, email hello@swapwear.com with your order number.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with original tags attached.

Gift cards, mystery items, custom or personalized products, and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.

Refunds & order changes

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer.

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed.

International orders

International duties, taxes or carrier fees may apply unless collected at checkout.

Please do not refuse a delivery to return it. Return-to-sender shipping and carrier fees for refused or unclaimed parcels are deducted from the refund.
