How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact form. Include your order number and whether you need a return, a size exchange, or help choosing the right size.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Final Sale Items
Gift cards, mystery items, items marked final sale, custom or personalized items, and items returned worn, washed, altered, or damaged are final sale unless defective.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international shipments outside the USA, customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes. If your order total is below your country’s de minimis threshold, charges may not apply. You can check country-specific de minimis rates here.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Store credit may be issued faster once your return is processed.
