Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international shipments (excluding USA), customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes. If the order total is below the 'Tax De Minimums / Duty De Minimis', no taxes or duties are required. Click here for country-specific de minimus rates.
Order Processing Times
Kindly note that the art is printed in small batches in our Austin, TX studio. Shipping estimates exclude processing times. Normal shipping times exclude our 1-3 business day processing time. Custom orders have a 1-5 business day processing time.
Shipping Times
We do not offer any shipping guarantees, as all shipping timelines are estimates only. Once your tracking # is available, please allow 24-72 hours before scan updates.
Holiday Shipping
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, please expect longer than usually arrival times. Our shipping carriers are working hard to ensure you receive your items. Please expect an additional 1-5 days delay during this time.

Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed within 7-21 business days. Kindly note, US returns will be delivered to our US partner facility, and then must reach our facility in Canada. SwapWear® Store Credit is also available which will be processed immediately upon processing your return.
Ensure that items are in pristine condition, with no signs of wear, washing, damage, use, alterations, and with all original tags intact.
Items discounted over 30% are final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns of items not in original condition may incur a restocking fee. We retain the right to decline returns that do not adhere to our return policy. Your refund may be reduced by any import service charges.
To modify or cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders that are already processing cannot be canceled.
