Customs, Duties, & Taxes
For international shipments outside the USA, customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes. If your order total is below your country’s de minimis threshold, charges may not apply. You can check country-specific de minimis rates here.
Order Processing Times
Kindly note that our art is printed in small batches at our Austin, TX studio. Shipping estimates do not include processing times. Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.
Holiday Shipping
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, please expect longer than usual delivery times. Carriers are working hard to move orders as quickly as possible, but delays can occur. During these periods, please allow an additional 1–5 business days.

During pre-orders, processing times depend on the estimated ship date shown at checkout.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Items discounted 30% or more are final sale. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Store credit may be issued faster once your return is processed.
