Return conditions
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have their original tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Final-sale products
Gift cards, mystery items, custom or personalized products, and products marked final sale cannot be returned. This does not apply to products that arrive defective.
Duties, taxes and refused deliveries
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or carrier fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless collected at checkout.

Refused or unclaimed shipments
International customers should not refuse delivery if they would like to return an order.
We are not responsible for return shipping charges for refused shipments. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because duties or taxes were not paid, any return-to-sender shipping and carrier fees will be deducted from your refund.
Refund timing
After your return is received and approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post the refund. Store credit may be available sooner.

Orders enter processing quickly, so changes and cancellations are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
